1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

3. Account Management

One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 8k8ph. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact 8k8ph support immediately to resolve it before any wagering takes place.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your 8k8ph login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. 8k8ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 8k8ph support immediately and change your password at once.

Account Verification (KYC). 8k8ph may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any point, including before your first withdrawal. Standard verification documents include a government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Additional documents may be required for large withdrawals or where there is reason to verify the source of funds.

Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive by 8k8ph. Inactive accounts with a positive balance will be notified by email before any administrative fees are applied. Any remaining balance after the maximum inactivity period will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4. Deposits & Payments

8k8ph accepts deposits exclusively via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions on 8k8ph are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 8k8ph does not charge any fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

Deposit processing time: GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. Visa/Mastercard transactions are typically instant but may take up to one business day in exceptional circumstances.

• All funds deposited to your 8k8ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 8k8ph reserves the right to request evidence that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made to your 8k8ph account that are later reversed, charged back, or disputed by your payment provider will result in suspension of your account until the matter is resolved.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 8k8ph account are available to verified players at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though processing may be subject to your daily VIP tier limit.

Processing times: Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business hours. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing with faster turnaround times as outlined in the VIP Club terms.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal.

• Funds sourced from chargebacks or reversed deposits are not eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses on 8k8ph carry a wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount, or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount, must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games such as Baccarat may contribute at a lower rate (check each promotion for exact percentages).
• Bonus funds are played before real-money funds unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 8k8ph platform — including JILI Slots, Color Game, live Baccarat, and all other casino titles — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live-streamed outcomes from certified game studios. 8k8ph does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error during a game round, 8k8ph will apply the following resolution procedures: if a game round was in progress when a fault occurred and the outcome cannot be determined from server records, the round will be voided and the wager returned. If the outcome can be confirmed from server records, that outcome will stand.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted for VIP players.
• If a game is opened but a bet has not been placed, no real-money transaction has occurred.
• 8k8ph game providers operate under their own game-specific rules. In the case of any conflict between game provider rules and 8k8ph Terms, 8k8ph Terms will prevail for Philippine-facing transactions.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply specifically to Basketball Betting and all other sports wagering markets available on 8k8ph. These rules are in addition to the general Terms and Conditions above.

• Minimum sports bet: ₱50 per selection. Parlay minimum stake: ₱50 per ticket.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. The final payout is calculated as Stake × Decimal Odds.
• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. If odds change between selection and confirmation, the system will prompt you to accept the new odds before the bet is placed.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a game has started and is abandoned before completion, settlement rules specific to each sport and league will apply — consult the 8k8ph sports betting help section for sport-specific rules.
• For PBA and other Philippine basketball events, any game postponed due to schedule changes will be voided if not played within 72 hours of the original scheduled time.
• 8k8ph reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is clear evidence of unusual market activity, suspected match-fixing, or pricing errors.
• Live in-play betting odds update continuously. 8k8ph will accept bets while the in-play market is open. Bets placed after the relevant in-play event (e.g., the last second of a quarter) will be void.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8k8ph platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Operating more than one 8k8ph account, or attempting to register after a previous account has been closed or suspended
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including name, date of birth, or payment method details
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 8k8ph games or place bets
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in game systems — any winnings obtained from a known or exploited error will be void
• Attempting to launder money or use 8k8ph for any illegal financial transaction
• Using bonus funds or promotional credits in a manner designed to guarantee a profit with minimal risk (e.g., hedging bets across platforms)
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another person to operate your 8k8ph account
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward 8k8ph staff or other players

8k8ph employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 8k8ph may freeze funds during investigation. If a violation is confirmed, any balance in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Privacy & Data

Personal data collected by 8k8ph includes your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history. 12. Account Suspension & Termination

8k8ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other activity that puts the integrity of the 8k8ph platform at risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 8k8ph will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 business days. The player will be notified of the outcome by email to the address registered on the account.

Players may close their own 8k8ph account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, ensure any pending withdrawal requests are completed. Balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC requirements.

Accounts closed due to confirmed violations — including fraud, multiple accounts, or abuse of bonuses — forfeit any balance and will not be eligible to re-register on 8k8ph.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8ph's total liability to any player for any cause shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may cause temporary unavailability. 8k8ph will endeavour to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours and communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited to your 8k8ph account and that 8k8ph is not responsible for your gambling decisions, bet outcomes, or any losses you incur.

14. Changes to These Terms

8k8ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — such as modifications to bonus wagering policies, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility requirements — will be communicated to registered players by email at least seven days before the changes take effect.
